What is a Keeley’n?
A Keeley’n is any member of the Keeley Companies family. Keeley’ns are also commonly referred to as team members, champions, and rockstars.
When was Keeley Companies founded?
L. Keeley Construction was founded in 1976 by Larry Keeley. ADB was added to the family in 1995, later adding ADB subsidiaries ZeroDay in 2015 and the acquisition of Mercury Communications in 2018. 2017 marked the beginning of an amazing partnership with Inspired Solutions and in 2019, Keeley Development Group joined forces with Koman Group to form KDG. Over the past 40+ years, we have grown from a local paving company to a family of companies offering a wide variety of services across the nation.
Where is Keeley Companies located?
All companies are headquartered in St. Louis, MO. However, with over 15 offices nationwide, we are ready to take on any project and meet your needs.

Who is Safety Ray?
Ray “Safety Ray” Boehm is our Senior Vice President of Risk Management for the Keeley Companies. He and his team are dedicated to the safety and well-being of every Keeley’n and he is constantly providing our people with the best information and resources to help them stay safe and make it home to their families at the end of every day. What is KeeleyU?
KeeleyU is our Professional Development program that allows Keeley’ns to take their careers into their own hands and become investors in their future. Through instructor-led courses, online LMS courses, and KeeleyU roadshows, all team members across the country have access to content that will help them take their careers to the next level.
