For our crafted embellishment pieces, Havoc always picks up two off-pieces(generally Belt and Bracers). Due to the high sustain of the spec, it cancomfortably use two Blue Silken Lining and maintain a good uptime, takingadvantage of the huge additional Mastery.

This list contains the ideal options for each slot available from Mythic+ dungeonsadded in the Season 4 pool. These are items that are worth target farming if you are lookingto gear up a character and have holes in your gear set. This does notinclude any Raid or Crafted items.

I cannot stress enough how much weaker Mythic+ trinkets arein this season. As such, if you are not engaging in any Raid content atall it is your top priority to use Season 4 Bronze Bullion to acquirebetter options instead.

This list provides the best item in each slot available within the 3 differentDragonflight raids available in Season 4. This does not include any Craftedpieces.

RaidingMythic+

Due to raiding having a higher focus on single-target and throughput,recommendations here lean into dealing as much boss damage as possible. Inparticular, very rare or unique items that are obtained from the raids aresought after by many specs and as such are more difficult to obtain naturally,so have a higher priority.

High Priority

4. Cataclysmic Signet Brand

Nice to Have

1. Voice of the Silent Star*
2. Manic Grieftorch*
3. Seal of Filial Duty*
4. Augury of the Primal Flame*

Picking up a high item level Main Hand is your first priority, and Thorncaller Clawis the only proc option available to Havoc so should be grabbed quickly. Alongsidethat, Seal of Diurna's Chosen provides bonus damage that cannot be obtainedelsewhere and is "very rare", so should be purchased too.

For trinket options, Elementium Pocket Anvil and Cataclysmic Signet Brandis the highest single-target pairing despite their high ramp time due to all ofthe Haste built into the Havoc kit. Alternatively, Manic Grieftorch canbe purchased as a priority tool that can also leverage allied deaths, or Augury of the Primal Flame* if you are looking for a more frontloadedconsistent option without a ramp time.

Lastly, Seal of Filial Duty can provide additional survivability via theabsorb shield which makes bosses more comfortable. Conversely, Voice of the Silent Starcomes with a big stamina loss but also a large secondary proc and as suchis worth it for pure throughput reasons if you are willing to risk it.

As Mythic+ has a lot more AoE present, with a higher burden on personalsurvivability some of the selections are different compared to raidingequivalents. There is also more of a priority on obtaining powerful trinkets, asMythic+ options this season are relatively weak in comparison.

In Mythic+, while it is more single-target oriented, Thorncaller Clawis still the strongest proc option available so should be picked up as a priority. Seal of Diurna's Chosen is equally single-target focused, but provides freeextra damage so can be picked up as well.

For trinkets, Ashes of the Embersoul has no real equivalent as a forcemultiplier for Metamorphosis and should be purchased as a priority. Thepairing with this is a passive trinket, ideally in either Pip's Emerald Friendship Badgeor Whispering Incarnate Icon to work in between your cooldown windows. Manic Grieftorch provides an additional burst tool for priority targetsand works even as a double on-use option, while Storm-Eater's Boon is a muchmore niche option that is very dangerous to use, but can provide extremeburst AoE if you plan around it.

Lastly, Seal of Filial Duty grants additional survival in the form ofabsorbs which are especially valuable in Mythic+, and Havoc has no shortage offire damage to activate it. Voice of the Silent Star on the other hand comeswith a big stamina loss which cannot be justified in Mythic+, and should generallybe avoided.

Crafting OrderCrafting Details

This is our general recommendation for the best Crafting Order. Due to the highvalue of Embellishments for Havoc, these come first, followed by the highest valuesingle crafts after. All crafts, unless otherwise stated, use a Draconic Missive of the Peerless wherever possible. Havoc has two separate optionsdepending on your preference:

1. Life-Bound Belt using Blue Silken Lining,
2. Life-Bound Bindings using Blue Silken Lining,
3. Signet of Titanic Insight (with Alchemical Flavor Pocket),
4. Low Item Level Pieces.

You can also consider crafting a weapon early, such as Primal Molten Warglaiveif you do not expect to get a high item level one quickly.

For Season 4, Blue Silken Lining value has become high enough that itis hard to argue against, especially with Havoc's ability to self-sustain. Thishas value both in single-target and AoE, so is the recommended embellishmentpairing in all content.

Embellishments either come set on items as standard orcan be added with an optional reagent when crafting the piece. Theseprovide additional bonuses (and in some cases quite large ones) butare limited to two. Due to there being so many options, here wewill look at the options available to Havoc:

1. Blue Silken Lining - This is theoreticallythe strongest option, using two of them on any selection of craftedpieces. Thanks to Soul Rending, Havoc can realistically keepit is active outside of extreme circ*mstances.
2. Toxic Thorn Footwraps - these deal strongsingle-target damage and are a consideration if you do not wantto worry about Silken Lining uptime.
3. Toxified Armor Patch - Due to the above being strong,if you want to invest in the boots rather than Silken Lining dueto the Health threshold, then taking this alongside it is ideal.
4. Undulating Sporecloak - Grants Versatilitywhile above 70% (which, thanks to Soul Rending, Havoc has aneasy time doing). Unfortunately, the values across the board on thisitem makes it very low value, and as such not worth the craft.
5. Slimy Expulsion Boots* - these should be avoided,as while they deal competitive damage, the downside of losingHaste makes them a weaker choice.
6. Elemental Lariat* - still competitive with alternatives,but the extra requirement of sockets means that it is not aseasy to get consistent value from it early in the season.
7. Alchemical Flavor Pocket* - this does notrequire an Embellishment slot, and as such, is worth usingto avoid losing your Well Fed buff should you die.

Another specialty item worth looking at, especially for Mythic+,is the Engineering pieces. The Head ( Peripheral Vision Projectors)requires Engineering as your profession, while the Bracers ( Needlessly Complex Wristguards)can be used by anyone and either allow you to use the Tinker: Arclight Vital Correctors giving you access to a Combatres, which can be game-changing. If you are considering these,avoid crafting Life-Bound Bindings as your Embellishment piece.

These items also come entirely with one stat, meaningyou should craft them with the Razor-Sharp Gearfor Critical Strike. Non-engineers should also fit this with a Critical Failure Prevention Unit, while Engineers shoulduse the Calibrated Safety Switch.
