Waste separation
We separate waste, please help us!
Center Parcs wants to deal with nature and the environment in a responsible manner. We would therefore like to ask you to separate your waste and deposit it in the appropriate containers.
You will find black residual waste and blue PMD bin bags in your cottage. We also ask you to sort paper/cardboard, glass, batteries and oil separately. Special buckets for oil are available at the reception and/or information desk and can be placed next to the waste containers.

Aqua Mundo
When you checked in, you were given entry tickets to Aqua Mundo.
You will receive, per person registered in the booking, 1 ticket for the duration of your stay. For children under 3 years of age, you do not need a ticket. You must always bring these tickets with you when you want to go swimming.
The lockers can be used with 1 or 2 euro coins, which you get back after use.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) at all times.
Our swimming pool is open daily.
Bracelets
When you check in, you will be given one bracelet per person in your booking (children from 0 to 2 years old do not need one).
These bracelets give access to your cottage from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 10 a.m. on the day of departure. The bracelets also give access to the Aqua Mundo pool and the Discovery Bay pirate playground. This from 10.00 am on the day of arrival and until 9.00 pm on the day of departure. Please note : the exact opening hours of our facilities can be found on our CP App . Car-free park
Because De Vossemeren is a car-free park, it is not allowed to use a car in the park outside the switch days. Children and pedestrians always have priority over other traffic (cyclists must also give way).
The permitted speed is 15 km/h. We kindly ask you to drive only on the roads. On the arrival day you must park your car in the general parking lot after unloading. On the day of departure you can pick up and load the car one hour before departure.
If during your stay you need to transport groceries, you can borrow a bicycle trailer from our guest service at the entrance of the park.
Discovery Bay
You have access to our indoor pirate playground without making a reservation. You can find the opening hours on our Center Parcs App.
Provide an extra set of clothes because the kids can get a little wet and dirty
Eco-Friendly tips
Close doors and windows and set the heating lower when leaving your cottage. Rinse dishes before placing them in the dishwasher.
Electric charging station
On our car park you will find on the right at the back, 2 electric charging stations from Ecotap. And to the right of the car park are 10 charging stations.
- Download the app easycharging (yellow app with plug)
- Open the app, here you will see where you are and where there is a charging station.
- Then press the green icon and an overview of available poles will open. (if it is green the pole is free, blue is full)
- Guest select the charging station by module number. This number can be found on the INNER SIDE of the flap where the plug is to be inserted!
- Then choose to charge, fill in the details and click on ‘start charging’.
- Then choose the payment method (Bancontact app or Payconic, or other (credit or debit card) and make the payment.
- Then you can load.
You can use the following cards for the charging stations at the back of the car park.
Lost and found
Have you lost something? If guests or we have found something, it is temporarily stored. Please ask our staff at the reception and/or info desk or call us on 0032(0)11548200. If you notice that you have forgotten something when you get home, you can send an e-mail to the following e-mail address: vm.office@groupepvcp.com. Found items are kept for approximately 6 weeks.
Noise nuisance
In case of disturbance of your vacation peace, please contact our reception staff or call us on 0032(0)11548200.
Pets
Of course your pet is welcome. You must also register your pet at the reception.
We ask that you keep your pet on a leash in the park and use the specially constructed dog toilets. Pets are not allowed in the Market Dome and Discovery Bay due to food safety, tropical birds and other animals.
Safe deposit box
The safe is located in the bedroom closet. The key is available at the reception desk (at a charge if you have a comfort cottage). We recommend that you use this locker for your valuables.
If you have an electronic safe, you will find the instructions for use under ‘manuals’.
We keep your mail, newspapers, etc. at Reception.
Reservation of activities
If you would like to participate in an activity during your stay, it must be reserved in advance. You can book activities at the Info Desk in the Market Dome , at the kiosks at the entrance to the pool or via our Center Parcs App. Opening hours and scheduled activities can be found on the App.
Restaurant/ Table-cooking/ Cottage delivery reservations
If you want to enjoy one of our restaurants during your stay , you can book your table via the Center Parcs App or MyCP.
You can also book all table-cooking arrangements in the Daily Foodstore.
Via our Take away, you can now also order your favourite Pizza and take it to your cottage.
During the Christmas and Easter periods, you can also make restaurant reservations at the Horeca info point in the Market Dome.
Smoking
We would appreciate it if you would smoke on the terrace and not in the cottage.
Wheelchair accessibility
Aqua Mundo is easily accessible for wheelchairs. There is a special entrance which can be operated by the Info desk or by your strap which is activated specifically for this purpose. When this desk is closed, there is a bell to notify the cloakroom lady. There is a large changing room with a disabled toilet and there is also an enclosed shower and disabled toilet at the showers. We have a separate entrance for wheelchairs to our Aqua Mundo. The Hot Whirlpool and the entire top with slides and outdoor pool are not accessible. However, the bar is accessible with a ramp.

Safety regulations
For your own safety, please close all doors and windows when leaving the cottage! Also make sure the terrace door (sliding door/sliding door) is closed!
Do not leave valuables unattended in your cottage. Use the safe provided.
Of course, our cottages have childproof sockets. These are often invisibly integrated into the socket.

Departure day
Of course, we would like you to spend your departure day in the park. If you still wish to use the Aqua Mundo and/or other open facilities, please hand in your bracelets when you leave the park. The Cottage should be vacated by 10 am.
Laundrette
Center Parcs De Vossemeren also has a launderette, located behind the Cycle Center. You can bring your laundry to this launderette for a fee. Your laundry will be washed and dried and you can pick it up later in the day and/or the next working day. For opening hours, please check our App.

These household regulations apply to all parks belonging to Center Parcs (hereinafter called the landlord) and are intended for the tenants of the cottages, their parties, and in general all visitors to the parks of Center Parcs.
- Arrangements that deviate from the clauses contained in these regulations are only valid if and insofar as such deviations are expressly agreed in writing between the tenant and the landlord.
- The tenant, his party and in general all visitors to the parks of Center Parcs are obliged to behave correctly and to refrain from acting in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause offence to the landlord or to other visitors.
- The tenant is liable for any damage caused by him, his party or his visitors at the park to other people and/or to the property of the landlord or third parties et al. - The tenant is not allowed to keep animals at the park that cause a nuisance or an inconvenience. - The tenant is obliged to keep the interior of the cottage and the surroundings clean and free of waste. The tenant is obliged to deposit waste in the containers provided for this purpose.
- The tenant and in general all visitors are obliged to comply strictly with all government or statutory regulations that apply at the park. Motor boats are not allowed on the lakes in the park and swimming in the outdoor water is not permitted unless expressly indicated otherwise.
- Outside the cottages, dogs must be kept on a lead. Dog owners must ensure that their dogs use the special dog toilets at the park. Should a dog do its business elsewhere, the dog owner must clean up the mess immediately.
- The landlord is not liable for any damage and/or accidents resulting from participation in activities and/or the use of facilities, etc.
- Tenants must be at least 18 years of age.
- The landlord is at all times entitled to temporarily close down buildings and installations for maintenance work, without this giving the tenant/visitor the right to a full or partial refund of the rent already paid or yet to be paid.
- The landlord reserves the right to introduce changes to the park equipment, the staff activities and the services provided to the tenant/visitor, as well as to the prices charged and any plans made or publicized.
- If the tenant/visitor gives an incorrect name and/or address, this may lead to the immediate cancellation of the tenancy agreement or reservation.
- Cottage tenants must adhere to the arrival and departure times given. Deviation from these times by the tenant may have financial consequences.
- Smoking is not permitted in the bedrooms of the cottages, nor in any other place where there is a risk of fire.
- The legal form of the landlord is an N.V. (Naamloze Vennootschap, or public limited company). The landlord reserves the right to change its legal form in the future, or to transfer its rights in relation to the park and ensuing from this contract.

- Select ‘Settings’. Select ‘WiFi’ and turn it on.
- Choose ‘KPN’ as your WiFi network.
- Open your Internet browser. The WiFi portal is now shown. If you do not see it, try browsing to a random page (e.g. www.nu.nl). You will then be automatically redirected to the KPN WiFi portal.
- Here you can log in. select ‘Start now’ to log in.
- The device is now logged on to the KPN WiFi network.

If the HotSpots portal is displayed, enter your login details again; the smartphone will automatically connect to the KPN WiFi network.

1. Select the application ‘HotSpots’.
2. The opening page of KPN HotSpots app will be displayed with all KPN WiFi HotSpots within a radius.
3. Select ‘Settings’ and choose ‘Account’.
4. Log in with your KPN HotSpots account by entering your login details. Check ‘Connect automatically’ if you want the device to automatically connect to the KPN WiFi network in the future. Then select ‘Done’.

6. If a KPN WiFi HotSpot is available within range, your device will connect to it.

Four tips for when logging in doesn’t work right away:
- Empty your browser cache. You can do this through your browser settings. Once in your browser settings menu, choose to clear your history and website data, also called cache. Please note that this will also delete all recently visited websites and saved passwords.
- You can restart your device.
- You can go to your WiFi settings, forget ‘KPN’ network and then reconnect.
- You can also stop and restart the app when using the HotSpots app.
Tips for safer internet via a WiFi HotSpot
KPN does everything it can to make our HotSpots as safe as possible. But there are still risks. This is because KPN WiFi HotSpots are open WiFi networks because of their ease of use. The following tips will increase your security:
- Check that you are really logging into the KPN HotSpots portal by checking the address and the security certificate by clicking on the ‘lock’ in the address bar. If the site does not have a valid security certificate, a warning will be displayed and you will not see a ‘lock’.
- An https site is secure and encrypts confidential data. Therefore pay attention to the ‘s’ in https.
- Check whether the redirection is to the correct web address (e.g. www.kpn.com instead of www.kqn.com).
- For sites that cannot be reached using https, a VPN (virtual private network) can be set up. This is, as it were, a traffic tunnel. This makes it (almost) impossible for hackers to read the traffic and therefore safer to send it. If a device has a VPN set up, an app will also send its traffic over it.
- Regularly update the operating system (e.g. the latest Android version) to have the latest version.
- Firewall should be switched on and virus scanner active (e.g. KPN Veilig).
Caution
Logging in via the KPN HotSpots portal does not provide any additional security for Internet traffic after logging in.
What does KPN HotSpots do for security?
KPN HotSpots traffic is handled differently from a private WiFi connection: public traffic is handled via a separate network. Furthermore, all operations on the portal (both logging in and paying) are https secured. People connected to the same HotSpots network cannot see each other. And incoming traffic to your device (initiated from outside) is not allowed by KPN HotSpots. Moreover, we test the security of the portal regularly.
This is how you use KPN WiFi with a secure VPN connection!
Setting up a VPN connection Android: After you have made a connection with the with the KPN Wifi network, go through the following steps:
- Go to ‘Settings > More (settings) > VPN’.
- In the menu, select ‘Add/edit VPN profile’.
- At description you can fill in HotSpots and select at connection type: PPTP.
- At server address enter: vpn.hotspotsvankpn.com.
- Check that ‘PPP encryption (MPPE)’ is on and save the settings.
- When the VPN is saved choose the created VPN.
- Now enter the username: vpn and the password: kpn
- You can now connect to the VPN.
Setting up a VPN connection iOS: After you have made a connection with the with the KPN Wifi network, go through the following steps:
- Go to ‘Settings > General > VPN’.
- Select ‘Add VPN configuration…’ (You only have to do this once, after this the settings are saved).
- Select at the type of connection: PPTP.
- At description you can fill in HotSpots and at server: vpn.hotspotsvankpn.com.
- RSA SecureID should be off, username is: vpn and password is: kpn
The ‘Encryption Level’ should be set to ‘Automatic’, ‘Send All Traffic’ should be on and the ‘Proxy’ should be off. - Once you have entered these settings, select ‘Done’. You will return to the VPN screen.
- In this VPN screen you can turn on the VPN at ‘VPN Configurations’. You are now connected via VPN.

Bracelets
At check-in, you will receive a bracelet for each person in your booking (children aged 0 to 2 years do not need it).
These bracelets give access to your hotel room from 3 pm on your arrival day and until 10 am on your departure day . The bracelets also give access to the Aqua Mundo swimming pool. These bracelets list all your booked packages & activities, as well as any activity vouchers , Friends benefits and Friends gift.

If anything is unclear, you can always stop by at the information desk or reception.
Bagage service
If desired, we can assist you with luggage transportation in our hotel. You can report to the main reception and request the luggage service.
Also, there is a luggage cart in the lobby .
Beds and towels
The beds are made daily between 09.00 and 15.00 at the latest.
The towels you leave on the floor in the bathroom are changed every day. Because Center Parcs considers the environment of paramount importance, we ask that you only have the towels changed if this is really necessary.
Animals
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
We would like to ask for your cooperation in not feeding our animal friends at the back of the hotel. This causes the terraces and balconies to become dirty very quickly and the leftovers attract vermin. The guests after you also suffer from this. If you would like to feed our animals a little, you can do so at the water’s edge of the large lake at the front of the hotel.
E-car loading
If you are staying in a bungalow, you can charge the e-car at your own bungaloa. If you are staying in the hotel; you can charge the e-car next to the sliding door. There are several charging points here. You can also charge your electric bicycle here.
Entrance after closing time
If the hotel reception is closed, you can enter through the hotel’s night entrance. This entrance is located to the left of the main entrance. You will also find an intercom with the reception desk here.
Safe deposit box
Each room has a safe. You can pick up the key free of charge at the main reception.
If you have a digital safe, you will find the instructions for use under ‘Manuals’.
Copies/scanning
If you need to copy or scan a document, you can do so through the main reception desk.
Tap water
Water from the tap is clean and drinkable. There is a carafe and glasses in the room.
Newspapers and magazines
You can buy newspapers and magazines daily in our ‘Daily Foodstore’.
Do not disturb
There are two door hangers in each hotel room. ‘Don’t disturb’ and ‘Please clean my room’ Please note that room service is sometimes only available until 12:00. Please take this into account when you want your bed made.
Breakfast
Breakfast is served buffet style in the hotel and/or in the Evergreenz restaurant. For the opening hours of the breakfast buffet please refer to the opening hours in the App or the board in the hotel lobby.
Did you not reserve breakfast but would still like to use the breakfast buffet? You can pay a fee with our colleagues and you can then as well enjoy this delicious buffet.
Do not forget to reserve your table in advance at the Evergreenz – or the hotel buffet restaurant .

Center Parcs has made a selection of products for you to use. You will receive 1 package per room.
Closing the door
You can close the door of the hotel room from the inside by turning the knob under the door handle.
Telephone
Each room is equipped with a telephone.
You can receive phone calls in your room: the phone number of your room is 0032 (0) 11 54.83.XX. (XX = your room number)
Internal calls
Would you like to make an internal call to another room? Dial 483XX (XX = the room number you want to reach).
You can reach the main reception internally on 47203
Make an external call
You can request your external line via 48250.
Laundry and ironing service
You can bring the dirty laundry in the laundry bag ( in the room ) to the laundry service. They will weigh your laundry and you can arrange directly with them when you can pick it up. Payment is made at the main reception. The price includes ‘washing and drying’. Opening hours can be found on our CenterParcs App.
For ironing, you can borrow an iron at the main reception.
ISO 14001 & 50001: Your guarantee for a green vacation
You may have already read it: Center Parcs is ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 certified. Sustainability has been an integral part of our corporate culture for many years. We have had ISO 14001 certification since 2002, making us the first of all tourism organizations in Europe. Since 2017, the ISO 50001 was added for all Center Parcs parks. Our goal for new parks is to achieve the ISO standards within two years of opening. Of course, we are very proud of this. But what does it actually mean?
The ISO process is an international standard that is recognized all over the world. Companies that want to be certified set up an environmental management system themselves and then ask independent experts to assess it annually. Every part of the group is certified: this means that both the Center Parcs parks and head offices are audited. External auditors (or experts) check the consistency between our sustainability objectives and the operational implementation.
ISO 14001 focuses primarily on measures to reduce environmental impact. For example, we are currently focusing on promoting biodiversity and optimizing our recycling process. With IS0 50001, Center Parcs conforms to energy performance. In this way, our energy and water use and our energy production are monitored and reported. The entire system around energy use is also audited by a certification body (SWISS TS).
Because we are constantly expanding and improving our green efforts, we receive a new certificate every three years. So you can be sure that you are enjoying a sustainable vacation in a park where nature and biodiversity are paramount. And your children will soon be able to do exactly the same with theirs. The ISO certificates are your guarantee.
Green Key Certificate
Since 2020, all of our parks have held the Green Key Certificate. The Green Key award is the leading standard for excellence in environmental responsibility and sustainable operations within the tourism industry. This prestigious eco-label is a commitment by businesses that their properties meet the stringent criteria established by the Foundation for Environmental Education. A Green Key represents a promise to its guests that by choosing to stay at the Green Key establishment, they are helping to make a difference on an environmental level.
